10. Delivery Conditions 

10.1 All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability and any timed deliveries i.e. next day are only an indication of when your goods should arrive.

10.2 We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted

10.3 We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control.

10.4. Our website provides details of the cost of our delivery at the checkout stage. The cost of delivery is calculated on the basis of the total weight and cost of your order. For all orders over £50.00 we will not make a charge for standard delivery provided that delivery is not to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, jersey and Guernsey or to a country outside the UK or a destination that the courier company that we use deems to be remote. For all orders over £50.00 to these areas a discounted delivery charge will apply.

10.5. If you have not selected our premier express delivery or Saturday delivery service you will receive your goods via standard delivery. We aim to have all accepted UK orders placed before 12pm despatched within three (3- 5) working days, although this time may be extended if your order is placed close to a UK bank or public holiday.

10.6. We offer a Saturday delivery for an additional fee details of our charges are provided when you check out. Please note that Saturday delivery are only available if your order is placed before 12pm on the proceeding Thursday and we have your order in stock.

10.7. If you have chosen our premier express delivery option the following conditions will apply:-

10.7.1 If you select our express delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 12pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day provided the next day is not a UK bank or public holiday.  

10.7.2 If your order is received after 12pm your order will usually be dispatched the next working day

10.7.3 Us having in stock the products you ordered, if this is not the case we will advise you of this.

10.7.4 Express delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Highlands and the Channel Islands. For a full list of available postcodes please contact customer services if the delivery destination is located in an area where our express delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible

10.8. Free delivery offers, when available, only apply to UK Mainland. Free delivery offers are sent using Standard delivery service, please see "UK Delivery option: Standard delivery". Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code 

10.9 Many of the orders which are dispatched will require your signature therefore please ensure that you are in attendance at the address when your item is delivered. In the event that you are not and the item has been sent by Yodel then a card will be left at the shipping address providing instructions to you. The courier may in any event attempt to deliver the item to you next working day. 

10.10. If you are required to sign for your delivery and do so this will be an indication that you are satisfied with the condition of your goods. Please therefore ensure that you inspect the goods before signing. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged please do not accept delivery of your item and notify us immediately and subject to us receiving the damaged goods back we will at our own discretion dispatch your goods again. If you have signed for your goods and they are damaged we may have to arrange to collect them from you we will provide you further information if required.

10.11 If we have proof of delivery provided by our courier such as proof of delivery by means of a signature obtained at the time of delivery by our courier whether this signature is yours or a third party or a person purporting to be you we will deem this as evidence that the goods have been delivered  and received by you and we will not accept any liability for any loss

10.12. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit and we agree to send out a replacement goods –  we will before this agreeing to this require photographs of both the damaged goods and the inside and outside packaging together with any other information our courier may require. Please therefore retain all packaging until such time we confirm to you that a replacement will be sent. In addition to this in the event that we may need to make a claim against our courier for damage to your parcel you agree to us disclosing to the courier your name address and contact details as required.

10.13. If we require the damaged item to be returned we will not be able to resend a replacement until the damaged goods are in our possession.

10.14 If a card is left by our courier and you fail to collect your goods in accordance with the terms provided by them courier and as a result of your failure to collect the goods are returned to ourselves we will offer to resend it to you. There will be an additional charge for reposting the item together with a further £2.50 administration charge for processing the redelivery you will be responsible for paying both the additional charge and the further £2.50 before the goods are resent. If the goods had originally been delivered to you free of charge we will charge you for redelivering the item to you in addition to the £2.50 administration fee. Your order will not be dispatched without cleared payment having been received from you to ourselves.

10.15. If your item is dispatched using Royal Mail postage and no tracking information is available in the event that your order is lost then as a company we will need to submit a claim for the loss of these items with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will not permit a claim to be submitted until 15 working days has elapsed from the date of dispatch of the item that has gone missing as they are of the opinion that an item may still be delivered during this time and therefore cannot be deemed as being lost. Therefore in the event that your order has not arrived if sent by Royal Mail post we will not be able to either refund  you your order or dispatch a replacement until the 15 days has elapsed.

10.16 We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver your order.

10.17 We reserve the right not to deliver to PO Box addresses or to a forward mailing services such as Empresa mail in the event we make this decision we reserve the right to cancel your order

10.18 Regardless of what courier we use to deliver your order we would ask that upon receipt of your order that you check the content immediately and in the very unlikely event that their are any errors with your order then please contact us either by email or telephone to notify us of the errors. If you fail to do so within 4 days of you receiving your order and or you fail to answer any questions we may raise within a reasonable time then we will not able proceed with any claim for the discrepancies raised by you.
